We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Where donors make gifts, unless donor anonymity is requested, Arsha Vidya Ontario discloses donation-related information to representative(s) to enable and thank donors appropriately. All donors have the right to request anonymity and can do so prior to confirming their donation online, or by noting their request for anonymity when mailing or delivering a donation.
Arsha Vidya Ontario collects, uses and discloses personal information from our board members and other volunteers to keep them informed about our activities, assist them in performing their roles in the organization, and comply with federal and provincial guidelines and reporting requirements.
How do we obtain your consent?
We obtain your email and address information in the normal course of business, and we use these to communicate with you from time to time. Should you wish to withdraw such implicit consent, please let us know, and we will do so right away.

All of our board members, and volunteers take utmolst care in safeguarding and proper use of your personal information.
